We're managing to squeeze out some more nights that are warm enough to enjoy roasting at our house. Our cuisine is becoming more refined. :) These are some things we've recently discovered that are great roasted:
Raw shrimp, steak, and chicken
Jalapenos and cream cheese (Chad likes this more than I do)
Chocolate chips and cream cheese in buttered bread (made in sandwich roasters)
Pizza in sandwich roasters (with sauce between two layers of shredded cheese so the bread doesn't get soggy)
