I love Magnolias. When I was a freshman at BYU I walked by one every Sunday morning to go to Church. I had no idea what the yummy smelling "tulip tree" was - but isn't it cool, a tulip on a tree? Love it!
Last year we bought an Elizabeth Magnolia at the end of its blooming season and this Spring the buds rotted cuz it got too cold. I'm sad. I wanted to see it bloom in our yard and now I'll miss it for a couple years. I sure hope it's alive when we're back from China.
